The Huth 2806 pipe and tube bender offers the convenience of knee pedal control, along with the manual and automatic pushbuttons. In addition, a reduced size control panel allows the operator to get closer to the work area for better precision and less fatigue.
The "Smart-Automatic-Mode" features an adjustable return-to-home position control. This unique timesaving feature increases efficiency by assuring fast, easy transitions between multiple bends. In the Automatic Mode, the automatic depth-of-bend selector ensures precise bending control through its easy-to-read, easy-to-adjust depth-of-bend plase.
The Huth 2806 bender has a 5-hp motor, providing 58,000 lbs of bending force-more than enough to bend up to 3" pipe and tubing. Need more speed? An optional 7.5 hp motor is also available with 25% faster bending to increase your output in record time.
The heavy-duty swager/expander offers you complete end-forming capabilities. The swager can accommodate 3/4" to 3" tubing. The segment expander allows for expansions from 1" to 5". With Huth's Accu-Sizer bullseye expanding sysem, you can dial in those precise expansions every time.
The Huth 2806 bender is available with your choice of tooling packages. The 028 package is the most popular and includes dies from 1 1/2"-3".
